Impact Through the Principles of Jesus
Using the Five Pillars of Biblical Growth Solutions we help Christian organizations grow Audience, Revenue, and Kingdom Impact
What Problem Are You Trying to Solve?
Growth problems rarely begin with a lack of effort. You may already have a great organization, a compelling mission, talented people, and a loyal audience—and still struggle to grow. The first step is identifying what is really preventing growth.
Audience Growth
"We aren't reaching enough of the people we need to reach. What's wrong?" You may not have an audience problem. You may have a targeting, positioning, or messaging problem. BGS helps identify who is most likely to respond to your organization, what matters to them, and how to communicate in a way that connects with their needs and motivations. The question isn't simply, "How do we reach more people?" It's: "Who are the right people, and what will move them from awareness to engagement?"
"People know who we are, but they aren't engaging. Why?"
Awareness does not automatically create action. People may know your organization exists but have little reason to watch, attend, listen, participate, buy, give, or return. BGS examines the journey from Awareness → Purpose → Motivation → Action to identify where people are dropping out. The opportunity may be less about reaching more people and more about moving the people you already reach deeper into engagement.
"Our audience isn't growing, even though we're promoting ourselves."
More promotion doesn't necessarily solve a growth problem. If the message doesn't connect with the audience's needs, identity, purpose, or current circumstances, additional exposure may simply produce more awareness without meaningful action. BGS looks at the entire growth equation: Who are we reaching? What are we saying? Why should they care? What motivates them? What do we want them to do next?
Revenue Growth
"We have an audience, but we're not generating enough revenue from it. Why?" An audience has potential value, but value must be clearly understood and communicated. The problem could involve the offer, sales process, sponsorship proposition, audience engagement, messaging, pricing, targeting, or the way value is being demonstrated. BGS helps connect audience value to organizational purpose, creating opportunities for revenue growth without losing sight of the mission.
"Our sponsors aren't seeing enough value. What are we missing?"
Sponsors increasingly want more than exposure. They want to understand who they are reaching, why that audience matters, what their investment accomplishes, and what impact it creates. BGS can help shift the sponsorship conversation from:
"Here are our impressions." To: "Here is the audience you can serve, the purpose you can support, and the impact your investment can help create."
"Our attendance or viewership isn't where we want it to be."
Before spending more money promoting an event, game, broadcast, or stream, ask: "Why aren't people coming or watching?"
Is the issue awareness? Relevance? Convenience? Messaging? Motivation? Audience targeting? Perceived value? BGS helps identify the potential barrier and develop strategies designed to move people from knowing about the opportunity to choosing to participate.
"We're generating activity, but our revenue isn't growing."
More activity does not automatically produce more revenue. Organizations can have more impressions, followers, website traffic, emails, viewers, or social engagement without creating proportional financial growth. BGS helps connect activity to the outcomes that matter: Audience → Engagement → Action → Revenue → Impact
Messaging Problems
"Our message is good, but people aren't responding."
A message can be accurate, attractive, and well-designed—and still fail to motivate action. The question is not simply whether the message communicates what you want to say. The question is whether it connects with what your audience cares about.
Biblical Motivation™ uses five principles—Hope, Purpose, Identity, Compassion, and Belonging—to help organizations communicate in ways that connect with people where they actually are.
"Our marketing sounds like everyone else's."
Christian organizations often communicate the same way traditional organizations do: features, benefits, promotions, discounts, statistics, and calls to action. Biblical Motivation asks a different question: "How can we communicate in a way that serves people and moves them toward meaningful action?" The goal is not to make every message sound more religious. The goal is to make the message more human, more relevant, more purposeful, and more transformational.
"We're getting attention, but we're not getting action."
Attention is only the beginning. BGS helps organizations examine what happens after someone sees an advertisement, watches a video, receives a text, visits a website, or hears a message. The objective is to create a pathway: Awareness → Purpose → Motivation → Action → Transformation
Kingdom Impact Problems
"We're growing, but are we really making a difference?"
Growth can be measured in dollars, attendance, viewers, followers, customers, or donors. But Christian organizations have another question to answer: "What difference are we making in the lives of the people we serve?" BGS places transformation at the center of the growth process. The goal isn't simply to grow bigger. The goal is to help more people move toward who God created them to be.
"We know our mission, but we're struggling to connect it to growth."
Your mission may be clear internally but unclear to your audience. BGS helps translate purpose into messaging, audience strategies, revenue opportunities, and measurable outcomes. When people understand why you exist and why it matters to them, your mission can become a reason for engagement rather than simply a statement on a website.
"We're measuring everything—but we're not sure we're measuring what matters."
Traditional KPIs tell you what happened. Attendance went up. Viewership increased. Revenue increased. Tickets sold. Sponsorships renewed. Those numbers matter.
But BGS also asks:
What leading indicators tell us whether we are moving toward the transformation and impact we ultimately want? That's where Kingdom Performance Indicators™ come into the conversation.
"We don't want to grow just for the sake of growing."
Neither should you. For a Christian organization, growth should serve a greater purpose. The question becomes:
"If God gives us more people, more revenue, and more influence, what will we do with it?" BGS connects growth to purpose so that increased audience and revenue can create increased capacity for Kingdom Impact.
The Problem Behind the Problem
"What if we don't actually know what our biggest growth problem is?"
That's a common starting point. Sometimes the problem appears to be revenue when the real issue is audience engagement.
Sometimes it appears to be audience size when the real issue is messaging. Sometimes it appears to be marketing when the real issue is a lack of clarity around purpose. And sometimes an organization is measuring the wrong things. BGS begins by asking questions before recommending solutions.
Where are you today?
Where do you want to go?
Who are you trying to serve?
What is preventing movement?
What would transformation look like?
How will you know you're making progress?
Once the problem is clearer, the strategy becomes clearer.
The Question That Changes Everything
"How are the people we serve different because of us?"
This may be the most important question a Christian organization can ask. Because it changes the conversation -
From: How many people did we reach?
to:
What happened because we reached them?
From:
How much revenue did we generate?
to:
What can we accomplish with the resources God has entrusted to us?
And from:
How big did we become?
to:
Who are people becoming because of our influence?
