For more than thirty-five years, I believed my calling was to help organizations grow their audiences. Looking back, I can now see that God was preparing me for a much deeper lesson. He began showing me that audience growth was never the ultimate destination. It was a means of faithfully creating more opportunities for Him to transform lives. Over the years I have had the privilege of working with media organizations, broadcasters, advertisers, ministries, Christian colleges, athletic departments, and business leaders.  The major lesson I learned can be summed up with this statement.

TRANSFORMATION IS THE GOAL. GROWTH IS THE RESULT.

THE ACR STRATEGIES MANIFESTATION

Every organization is growing toward something. Some pursue larger budgets. Some pursue greater attendance. Some pursue more customers. Some pursue higher ratings. Those goals are not wrong. But they are incomplete. Because growth, by itself, does not tell us whether we are becoming the organization God created us to be.

At ACR Strategies, we believe there is a better question. Not..."How can we grow?" But...

"Who is God calling us to become?"

Because when an organization becomes who God created it to be, growth follows. Transformation comes first. Growth comes second. That is why we exist.

We Believe

We believe the greatest organizations are built from the inside out. We believe transformed people create transformed cultures.

Transformed cultures create stronger organizations. Stronger organizations create greater Kingdom impact. Kingdom impact produces sustainable growth. Growth is not the destination. Transformation is.

Our Definition of Success

Success begins when people are transformed. When leaders grow. When trust increases. When communities become stronger.

When purpose becomes clearer. When organizations become healthier. Those are the leading indicators of lasting growth.

Everything else follows.

Why Biblical Growth Solutions™

Tomorrow is created by what we choose to cultivate today.

That is why Biblical Growth Solutions™ exists.

To help Christian organizations measure what truly matters. Purpose. Trust. Transformation. Community. Motivation. Kingdom impact. They are the foundations upon which sustainable growth is built.

Transformation Changes Everything

When transformation becomes the goal... Marketing becomes ministry. Leadership becomes discipleship. Customers become relationships. Sponsors become partners. Athletic events become Kingdom experiences. Streaming becomes outreach.

Businesses become ministries. Growth becomes influence. Everything changes.

The Future

We envision a day when Christian organizations are known not only for what they believe... but for how effectively they transform lives. Where growth is no longer measured only by financial statements... but by changed lives. Where leaders pursue both excellence and faithfulness. Where organizations become catalysts for lasting transformation. Kingdom impact over temporary success. Because when people are transformed, organizations flourish. When organizations flourish, communities are strengthened. When communities are strengthened, God is glorified.
